This calculator uses the Chi-square test to determine whether or not observed genotype frequencies for an autosomal variant with up to 10 alleles are consistent with Hardy-Weinberg expectations. Allele frequencies can be pre-stated (by inputting in yellow boxes horizontally near top) ,or inferred from the observed genotype counts inputted (yellow boxes, downward to the left). Please note that a requirement of the Chi-square test is that all 'expected' values should >5. If this is not the case, the result may be unreliable.
